Key Responsibilities:- Provide first and second-level technical support to internal users via phone, email, or remote access.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems and networks.
- Document technical procedures, issue resolutions, and support cases in the ticketing system.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory, software licenses, and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement system updates and security protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT tools and best practices.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:- Technical Diploma in IT or Technical Support.
- 1-3 Years of Experience in the same field.
