Job Description The Business Anchor for Management Consulting aims to attract a highly skilled and experienced Business Management Consultant to join its growing team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The holder of this role will provide integrated strategic and operational solutions to clients from both the public and private sectors, contributing to achieving institutional transformation goals aligned with Vision 2030. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Analyze the institutional situations of clients and diagnose operational and structural challenges • Prepare specialized studies and consulting reports in strategic planning and business development • Lead workshops and meetings with clients and decision-makers • Design and develop operational models and plans to improve institutional performance • Manage consulting projects from diagnosis to delivery • Prepare presentations and performance reports for executive management level Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is an additional advantage) • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or strategic planning • Previous experience in a consulting environment or with public or private sector clients in Saudi Arabia • Certified professional qualifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or MBA are considered an advantage Required Skills Essential Skills: • Strategic analysis and feasibility study preparation • Business development and client relationship management • Project management and achieving goals within timelines • Preparing executive reports and high-quality presentations Technical Skills: • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI • Familiarity with strategic frameworks (Balanced Scorecard, OKR, etc.) Personal Skills: • High-level communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Leadership spirit and initiative in a dynamic work environment
