Role Description

The Patients Relations Specialist will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, operating and maintaining office equipment, and supporting office administration.

Role Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, guests, and team members.
• Experience in receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors.
• Strong customer service skills to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.
• Knowledge of office equipment and software, such Microsoft Office.
• Experience in supporting office administration, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English is preferable.
• Training in medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.

First: Preparing Beverages

• Preparing coffee in all its varieties (Turkish, Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, etc.) professionally
• Adhering to the restaurant's beverage presentation recipes and standards
• Ensuring the quality and freshness of the ingredients
• Serving beverages in an attractive and professional manner

Second: Customer Service

• Receiving orders and dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Explaining the drink menu and suggesting suitable options for customers
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them quickly and satisfactorily
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience within the restaurant

Third: Cleanliness and Organization

• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area (bar) continuously
• Cleaning and maintaining coffee equipment daily
• Adhering to health and food safety standards
• Organizing materials and tools in an orderly manner

Fourth: Inventory Management

• Monitoring coffee stock and used materials
• Reporting any shortages in materials early
• Reducing waste and maintaining optimal use of materials

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements for the company.

• Monitoring payments and receivables for clients and suppliers and ensuring they match the contracts.

• Managing petty cash and daily operational expenses for the office.

• Monitoring salaries and entitlements for employees and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

• Preparation of financial reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinating with government entities such as the Zakat and Income Authority regarding taxes and zakat.

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial laws both locally and internationally.

• Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A university degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.

  • Practical experience of no less than [two years or more] in the field of accounting.

  • Knowledge of Saudi and international accounting standards (IFRS).

  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Zoho, or local software).

  • High skill in Excel and financial data analysis.

  • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.

  • Skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
