Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Receiving customers and assisting them in selecting suitable products.
- Providing clear information about products and services to customers.
- Performing sales and payment operations smoothly and quickly.
- Maintaining the arrangement of products and displaying them attractively in the store.
- Monitoring product inventory and ensuring availability.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Achieving the required sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of specialty coffee tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with different types of customers.
- Flexibility and the ability to solve problems quickly.
- Familiarity with basic computer skills for recording sales.
Working Hours:
8 hours daily, two days off per week.
