• Support project channel partners

• Ensure all sales correspondence and offers are sent out within 24 hours.
• Communicate effectively with various levels of staff.

• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh
• Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory - training is provided
• Friendly personality and good with customers
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately

• Handle payments using the POS system

• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with basic tea preparation and menu explanations

• Summarizing and monitoring sales forecasts.
