Join Sunwave Communications as a Sales Manager!We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Saudi Arabia and surrounding regions. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and activities that contribute to our company’s overall success.
Responsibilities:- Track and report all sales activities;
- Report to the sales department director for yearly OTE targets;
- Take full responsibility for business success in your allocated country/account/customer group;
- Focus on customer acquisition and sales channel development;
- Manage CRM for key customer relations; develop sales opportunities regularly;
- Implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets;
- Oversee partner recruitment and eco-system development in the local market.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of sales experience in the Wireless Telecom industry (4G/5G, DAS, private networks, RAN, Small Cell) with a preferred technical background;
- Good understanding of direct and channel sales;
- Experience in customer breakthrough strategy and vendor validation processes;
- Ability to generate and maintain sales lead relationships;
- Able to work under pressure in a multicultural team environment;
- Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of other local languages is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Willingness to work remotely and travel within the region;
- Experience in an international environment is a plus.
