Vision Colleges is seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary to join our team. As an Executive Secretary, you will play a crucial role in the office by handling all necessary secretarial tasks. Your responsibilities will include organizing correspondence, maintaining files, and providing essential support to the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and deliver incoming and outgoing messages to the CEO's office.
• Complete office work and letters as required.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in any field is required. Candidates should possess strong time management skills, the ability to plan meetings, document minutes, and communicate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
