Role Overview:We are looking for a well-organized, internationally minded HR and Recruiting Coordinator, dedicated to enhancing our people operations across diverse markets. This contract position could lead to a permanent role in the future, allowing you to contribute significantly to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate interviews across various regions, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates.
- Track applicants’ progress using our ATS while maintaining data accuracy.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring thorough employee lifecycle management.
- Partner with the International People team to refine our HR workflows.
Requirements:- Saudi national.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in HR coordination or operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
