This role of Sales Supervisor is essential in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of customer service and sales performance.
What You'll Be Doing:As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships through personalized services, achieving sales targets, and managing stock. You will build, train, and supervise a team of front-liners and support in-store events.
- Build and maintain Supplier/Retailer relationships to ensure effective collaboration.
- Address Retailers' queries concerning products, prices, availability, and services.
- Conduct store visits to monitor POS performance and adherence to SOP.
- Monitor market conditions and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Ensure in-store stock replenishment is conducted at appropriate times.
What You’ll Need To Succeed: - At least 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor, preferably in the Beauty Division.
- Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency is required.
