Work from the office 3-4 days a week, and work remotely one to two days a week. After a few weeks, we may need your flexibility to work evenings and on weekends (within the 40 hours). Goals and Commission You will earn a percentage of the sales that exceed a monthly target we set for you, and we have designed your start with us in three clear stages that give you enough time to succeed: The first month is fully dedicated to your training and support.
