First: Preparing Beverages

• Preparing coffee in all its varieties (Turkish, Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, etc.) professionally

Second: Customer Service

• Receiving orders and dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Explaining the drink menu and suggesting suitable options for customers
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them quickly and satisfactorily
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience within the restaurant

Third: Cleanliness and Organization

• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area (bar) continuously
• Cleaning and maintaining coffee equipment daily
• Adhering to health and food safety standards
• Organizing materials and tools in an orderly manner

Fourth: Inventory Management

• Monitoring coffee stock and used materials
• Reporting any shortages in materials early
• Reducing waste and maintaining optimal use of materials

We are looking for an ambitious contract sales specialist with experience in building long-term contractual relationships.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Identify and target contractual sales (B2B) opportunities in the Saudi and international markets.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final contract signing.

• Negotiate commercial contract terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions to achieve the interests of the factory and the client.

• Coordinate with technical and production departments to ensure that offers meet the required specifications.

• Follow up on government and private tenders through approved platforms (such as the Etimad platform).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement managers and engineers in major companies.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in industrial or contractual sales within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Deep understanding of contracting, supply, and associated banking and legal guarantees related to the industry.

• High negotiation skills and ability to close major deals.

• Educational background in engineering or business administration (preferably in industrial specialization).

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• High skill in using CRM and office software.
