Key Responsibilities:

• Input customer data, branch details, items, prices, and offers into the POS system and internal company systems.
• Prepare initial databases for new customers (including item lists, categories, taxes, and payment methods).
• Review and audit entered data to ensure accuracy.
• Continuously update data as needed based on customer changes or inputs from sales/support teams.
• Organize and archive files and databases for easy future reference.
• Coordinate with sales and technical support teams to complete any missing or unclear data.
• Prepare simple reports (Excel or system-generated) as required.
• Adhere to information confidentiality policies and customer data protection.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field).
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred, but beginners willing to learn are welcome.
• High speed and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in computer usage, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good ability to learn and work with new systems and software quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a capability to spot and correct errors.
• A good level of English for reading lists and data, if available, is preferred.

Additional Advantages:
