Working hours are 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
• Ensuring to deal with visitors and calls in a warm and nice and professional manner, while trying to anticipate their needs as much as possible.
• Following the security procedures for registering visitors and guests, and managing the visitor log in an Excel file.
• Managing and directing visitors arriving at the office, especially government officials, clients, suppliers, and other guests, including gathering the necessary information about the purpose of their visit and informing the relevant person of that.
• Having the necessary skills to deal with any complaints from clients or visitors in a professional and respectful manner, and referring them to the appropriate person when needed.
• Dealing with visitor cards, keeping written records of visitors, issuing temporary visitor cards, and ensuring their return after the visit; in addition to controlling all entry doors and communicating with the security company in case of any issues.
• Managing daily requests from on-site employees.
• Recording, tracking, and updating help requests related to equipment breakdowns and necessary improvements, updating the status as needed.
• Managing and issuing permanent and temporary cards, activating and distributing them.
• Maintaining the filing system at the reception and regularly updating it according to CBRE procedures, with adherence to health and safety procedures and reporting any risks, and attending CBRE trainings.
• Receiving all postal shipments and keeping a record of all received shipments.
• Ensuring compliance with security and emergency procedures for clients at all times, and actively participating in building evacuations according to incident control procedures.
• Following up on attendance and absence records and regularly updating the list.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share daily reports and information in a constructive manner.
