We are a growing sports club in Riyadh with a team of around 55 employees, and we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will work closely with leadership to structure, improve, and scale HR practices as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures all HR activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for the Dammam office.
  • Manages the day-to-day HR operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards
  • Manage talent acquisition, employee services, and payroll team members
  • Prepares a foundation and creates a good work environment for the betterment of current employees and to attract new talent
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders in managing the performance management activities
  • Partner to forecast manpower requirements of the company, review and consolidate all company manpower plans, and provide input to related departments to make necessary plans for manpower resourcing
  • Lead and oversee the recruitment process such as screening applications, interviewing, selecting candidates, making offer letters, finalizing employment contracts, etc. to ensure transparency and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Partner with external recruitment companies on a strategic level
  • Oversees the provision of administration services such as answering HR-related queries, budgeting, etc., ticketing for CC-eligible employees proceeding on vacation, business trips or training assignments, processing of visas, medical insurance, etc. to ensure full assistance to employees in HR-related issues
  • Accountable for ensuring timely execution of KSA payroll.

Key Ingredients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years in a managerial position
  • Excellent fluency in English & Arabic language is a must
  • Strong leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, and corporate roles. Coordinate manpower planning for multiple construction projects and mobilization schedules. Oversee onboarding, employee orientation, and site mobilization processes.
  • Saudization & Government Compliance: Develop and implement Saudization (Nitaqat) strategies and targets. Manage relations with MHRSD, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, and other government platforms. Ensure timely renewal of visas, Iqamas, work permits, and employee records.
  • Employee Relations & Labor Law: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and contractual obligations. Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations. Advise management on legal risks and labor compliance matters.
  • Compensation, Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, WPS compliance, and employee benefits administration. Develop salary structures, allowances, and incentive schemes aligned with market benchmarks. Manage leave administration, EOSB calculations, and final settlements.
  • Performance Management & Development: Implement performance appraisal systems for staff and project employees. Identify training and development needs and coordinate internal and external training programs. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Policies, Systems & Reporting: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate HR records, dashboards, and management reports. Drive HR digitalization and system improvements where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10–15 years of HR experience, with minimum 5–7 years in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and government systems.
  • Experience managing large, multi-national, site-based workforces.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
