Key Responsibilities:- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in performance management and employee relations activities.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Human Resources concepts and practices.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
