Help AG is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Business Development Manager who will be instrumental in driving growth within the Saudi Arabian market. This position entails identifying new opportunities for Help AG's products and services, whilst coordinating closely with our management team and vendor partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction of existing clients & prospects.
  • Structure market, customers, and opportunities; prioritize activities.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance existing business relationships.
  • Accountability for generating a minimum of USD 5 million in revenue per year.
  • Coordinate Proof of Concepts (PoC’s) and tender processes.
  • Support finance team in collecting accounts receivables.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Riyadh within IT networking or information security.
  • Strong capabilities in presentations, proposal preparations, RFP responses, and tender submissions.
  • Experience in stakeholder and management-level discussions and negotiations.
  • Familiarity with key Information Security tools and vendors (*, Splunk, F5, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Sales certifications from various vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-focused attitude.
