Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Creating high-quality professional content that aligns with the company’s identity and digital channels.
- Managing all social media platforms (X - Google - Snapchat - TikTok - Meta - YouTube).
- Monthly content planning and managing the design team to implement it according to the company’s marketing objectives.
- Filming cars and producing attractive video clips that highlight the features of the cars and offers.
- Preparing content texts (Captions - Scripts) creatively and attractively and providing creative design ideas.

- Analyzing content performance and submitting periodic reports with improvement plans.
- Coordinating with the marketing and sales team to promote offers and campaigns.
- Managing comments and messages and enhancing interaction across platforms.
- Developing ideas and producing content that showcases the brand value on social media platforms and the company’s website and app.

Requirements:
- Working in person at the company headquarters in Riyadh.
- Practical experience of no less than 5 years in content creation and social media management.
- Excellent photography and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of the nature of content related to the automotive sector (preferred).
- Strong writing skills in Arabic and familiarity with English.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Managing Social Media Platforms

• Developing and implementing a brand presence strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook).

• Managing the publishing schedule according to a clear and balanced content plan.

• Writing and crafting creative content suitable for each platform.

• Designing interactive campaigns and increasing engagement and reach.

• Responding to messages and comments and ensuring effective communication with the audience.

2. Creating Visual and Photographed Content

• Producing suitable video clips for various platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

• Shooting professional content for products or services according to the visual identity.

• Using appropriate lighting, angles, and photography techniques.

3. Editing and Post-Production

• Editing videos using editing programs (like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut).

• Adding visual and audio effects that suit the content style.

• Improving video quality, adding texts, and applying creative elements.

4. Developing Marketing Plans

• Market analysis and studying the target audience.

• Preparing monthly and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs.

• Proposing new ideas to improve conversion rates and increase sales.

• Monitoring advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Ads Manager).

5. Analysis and Reporting

• Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports including:

  • Reach rates

  • Engagement

  • Account growth

  • Performance of paid campaigns

• Analyzing results and recommending future improvements.

6. Managing Visual Identity and Branding

• Applying visual identity across all designs and content.

• Ensuring consistency in presentation style and tone across all platforms.

 Tasks and Responsibilities:

First: Sales

• Searching for potential clients in the finishing and construction sector (Fit-Out, Interiors, FF&E).

• Preparing and presenting technical and financial proposals to the client.

• Following up with clients until deals are closed and sales objectives are achieved.

• Visiting client sites and projects as needed.

• Understanding the products and services offered by the company and clarifying their value to clients.

Second: Business Development

• Registering the company with government agencies, major companies, and developers to obtain RFQs.

• Market analysis and exploring new opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

• Building a strong network of relationships with consultants, contractors, and project managers.

• Attending exhibitions, events, and meetings to enhance the company's presence.

• Preparing weekly reports for management on business progress and open opportunities.

Third: Internal Coordination

• Coordinating with the estimation and pricing team to prepare BOQs and proposals.

• Coordinating with the projects department to understand production capacity before submitting proposals.

• Following up on contracts, client payments, and delivery requirements with the financial management.

  Required Skills:
  

• 2–5 years of experience in the finishing or contracting field.

• Strong knowledge in Fit-Out works, finishes, wood, flooring, gypsum, and electromechanical (basics).

• High skills in presentation, persuasion, and negotiation.

• The ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Possessing a car and a valid driver's license.
