Achieving the monthly sales target
- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry into the showroom
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate product
- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their issues and escalating the matter to the direct manager if a solution cannot be found
- Dealing with exchange and return requests for all customers according to the procedures in place at the time and following the instructions related to reserving goods
- Providing high-level customer service through professional treatment of the customer, listening to them, giving them proper attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, mail, and all available channels, and keeping the customer updated on all new goods and services
- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace
- Maintaining an appropriate appearance and adhering to the complete official dress code
- Following the administration's instructions regarding labor laws that have been circulated previously, such as (instructions related to working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, and so on)
