- Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively.
- Work with medical insurance platforms such as Nafis and Wasel.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their insurance queries.
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical insurance field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle medical insurance platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
