Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks of high quality and consistent standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service that reflects the identity of our brand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment according to health and safety standards.
• Explain the drinks menu to customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
• Proven work experience as a “Barista,” preferably in the specialty coffee field.
• Real passion for coffee and its culture, with a continuous desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Commitment to professional appearance and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
