Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative who will play a key role in driving AREEB’s growth by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals with corporate and government organizations. The ideal candidate is ambitious, customer-focused, and passionate about AI and EdTech innovation in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, government, and education sectors.
• Conduct client presentations, demos, and product pitches to showcase AREEB’s value.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver against sales targets.
• Develop deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to maximize impact.
• Work closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and market feedback to leadership.
• Represent AREEB at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, LMS, or enterprise technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Saudi corporate and government market is a strong advantage.
• Passion for AI, digital learning, and innovation.

• Research and identify target customers and offer them the company’s services.
• Direct interaction and negotiation with potential clients.
• Preparing reports and analyses and monitoring competitors in the market.
• Attending exhibitions and events to market the products.
• Developing and implementing effective marketing plans and monitoring them periodically.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields.
• Professional Marketing Management Certificate (CMMP) will be an added advantage.
• Communication skills and the ability to present reports.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

• Supporting technicians, welders, fabricators, and installers in daily activities.
• Handling materials, tools, and equipment essential for manufacturing or site work.
• Loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products within the factory or project site.
• Performing basic cleaning, grinding, polishing, or cutting tasks under supervision.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, machines, and tools.
• Following safety procedures and wearing the appropriate protective gear.
• Assisting in packing, labeling, and preparing HVAC products for delivery.
• Conducting routine maintenance checks of machines and tools as directed.
• Carrying out other general duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

• Understand and follow instructions.
• Be physically fit for handling lifting and manual labor.
• Possess basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop practices.
• Be eager to learn and take on various support tasks.

• Implement procedures, systems, and forms to monitor branch employee attendance and manage various types of leave.
• Ensure adherence to annual, sick, and emergency leave policies as defined in approved leave policies.
• Handle employee complaints, notes, requests, and inquiries professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Update and maintain employee information and provide it to the HR services team, including records related to promotions, training, salaries, and benefits.
• Prepare and document specialized reports related to HR processes and present appropriate recommendations and solutions.
• Work effectively on HR programs (Jasar, Odoo).
