The primary role is to convert inquiries and customers into actual deals, not just responding or receiving. This position is suitable for someone with experience in inside sales or tele-sales seeking higher income through commissions.
🎯 Main Tasks:- Receiving incoming customers.
- Communicating with customers (calls / WhatsApp / within the company) and converting them into sales.
- Continuously following up with customers until the deal is completed.
- Dealing with customers within the company (Walk-ins) in a professional sales manner.
- Coordinating with the external sales team.
- Recording and following up customer data.
- Achieving a clear monthly target.
✅ Requirements:- Previous experience in inside sales / tele-sales / sales customer service.
- Strong persuasion and closing skills.
- Polite personality + strong presence.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Preferably with experience in (real estate – elevators – B2B).
💰 Benefits:- Fixed salary: 5000 Saudi Riyals.
