Job Summary: Management and development of strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders (including contracting companies, real estate development, operation and maintenance companies, and multi-branch companies). The role aims to increase revenue from this segment by providing tailored solutions that meet their current and future needs, while achieving effective integration through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Main Responsibilities: Build and develop strong and long-term relationships with project clients in the real estate, hospitality, and construction sectors and business partners. Conduct on-site surveys of locations and projects to identify opportunities. Manage and update client data and opportunities in the CRM system. Conduct regular and periodic field follow-ups for assigned clients. Convert and develop incoming opportunities from other sales channels. Provide customized technical offers and lighting solutions. Prepare and design pricing offers according to client requirements and needs. Follow up on signed contracts and future client needs. Provide procurement with inventory recommendations for major projects. Analyze the market and competitors and provide insights. Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance and project status. Qualifications: A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical specialties is preferred. Previous proven experience in the lighting sector and project sales or key account sales. A deep understanding of lighting products, solutions, and technologies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills. Knowledge of using systems (Odoo, ZOHO, etc.). Advanced level of English.

Ability to read plans and understand design details.


Proficiency in using basic design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is an additional advantage.
