About the Role:You will be responsible for assisting developers from our technology partners to create and support their applications in real-world environments. You will work with leading organizations in various industries, including healthcare, finance, and telecommunications.
Responsibilities:- Provide immediate response to customer inquiries following service standards.
- Offer technical support for custom development, interfaces, reports, and more.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
- Develop and prepare training materials for technical courses.
- Improve customer satisfaction by addressing suggestions for product improvements.
- Participate in on-call support services to ensure continuous availability.
Qualifications:- Preferably experience with hospitals’ business workflows.
- Strong knowledge in InterSystems Object Script and SQL.
- Experience with web-oriented languages such as HTML and JavaScript.
- Ability to design and write technical documents and analysis reports.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
