Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall performance of the Distribution Centre.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager for efficient stock flow and continuous training of staff.
• Provide coaching, development, and motivation for team members.
• Maintain employee performance and attendance; ensure that annual leave aligns with business needs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and assist in budgeting processes.
• Ensure adherence to housekeeping and safety guidelines in accordance with company policy.
• Develop clear communication channels within the facility and between Distribution Centers and Business Units.

Qualifications:
Strong logistical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop teams are essential for this role.

Join Our Team as a Logistics & Warehouse Manager!
Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, and they are seeking a skilled Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join their team in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the warehouse and assembly departments with a hands-on approach, managing and developing your team.
• Improve stock management systems, including regular stock takes.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during stock unloading/loading.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, including racking and forklift safety and maintenance.
• Oversee the dispatch of deliveries and organization of collections to meet deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with current and new suppliers for warehouse consumables.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and maintain high standards at all times.

Person Specification:

• Full clean driving license required.
• Forklift Truck License preferred but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic IT skills.
• Experience in running a team.
