A contracting company in Riyadh announces its desire to hire Secretary / Document Controller with experience in preparing and following up Material Submittals for engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize project documents and official correspondence.

  • Create and track Material Submittals with consultants and suppliers.

  • Monitor submittal statuses (Approved / Revise & Resubmit / Rejected).

  • Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems.

  • Prepare and update Submittal Logs regularly.

  • Coordinate with technical and administrative teams to ensure proper documentation flow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation or administrative work within construction companies.

  • Good knowledge of document control systems (Aconex, SharePoint, or Excel).

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Excellent organization, accuracy, and communication skills.

  • Preference for residents in Riyadh or those able to relocate immediately.
