Department: Real Estate Department / Real Estate Development Department
Job Objective:
To search for suitable real estate offers and collect related data, follow advertisements and real estate platforms, and contribute to providing opportunities and offers that meet the company's needs through office and field work.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Continuous search for real estate offers from various sources and platforms.
Daily follow-up of real estate advertisements.
Collecting and analyzing data on available properties and offers.
Communicating with owners or real estate brokers when needed.
Preparing periodic reports on available offers and submitting them to management.
Updating and organizing the database of offers and properties.
Ensuring the accuracy of information related to properties, prices, and locations.
Conducting field visits to properties and locations when needed.
Inspecting properties and gathering notes, images, and required data.
Monitoring updates in the real estate market and new opportunities.
Executing any other tasks related to the nature of the work assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
Preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the real estate or real estate marketing field is preferred.
A valid driver's license is preferred (if the job requires field visits).
Required Skills:
High research and information gathering skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to prepare reports and follow-up.
Accuracy, organization, and ability to handle work pressure.
Ability to work in both office and field settings.
