Job Summary:

The HR Operations and Recruitment Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the daily human resources operations and recruitment functions within the organization. This key position involves developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while also ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures.



Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Conduct job interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate the hiring process.


  1. HR Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee records management, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution to workplace issues.


  1. Employee Development and Retention:
  • Implement employee development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
  • Work on retention strategies to ensure a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to continuously improve employee satisfaction.


  1. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data and generate regular reports for management analysis.
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.


  1. Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring the organization's compliance.
  • Work closely with legal counsel to address any legal or compliance-related HR issues.


  1. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.




Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment, with a focus on strategic HR management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
