• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically focused on designing, building, or validating cybersecurity for industrial control systems and networks.
• Proven project implementation experience with Saudi cyber standards (HCIS, NCA, CRA) and ISA 62443 industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of control systems (SCADA/DCS/PLCs) and relevant protocols (Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3, IEC61850).
• Familiarity with key cybersecurity technologies in ICS/OT networks, including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Anti-Virus solutions, and Vulnerability Assessment tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and handover phases, ensuring cybersecurity controls are implemented without impacting critical activities.

Project Context and Work Arrangement

This role is based in Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia, as part of the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project. The work type is full-time, with a rotation schedule of 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
