About the Role:
To manage the sales & distribution of all Poultry product range in his designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve budgeted sales margin targets of Poultry products to deliver the company’s growth objectives.
  • Achieve product distribution in all trade channels as per the recommended portfolio to optimize sales & increase market share.
  • Maintain wastage under budgeted level to optimize margins.
  • Ensure all TC/ credit customers are in line with company policy to avoid any financial loss to the company.
  • Set/ review targets for salesmen to achieve overall target objective of the area.

Requirements:
  • Must be holding Diploma Certificate/ preferred bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years sales experience in Supervisory role in van sales environment preferably FMCG business.
  • Key accounts handling experience.
  • Very good computer skills and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
  • Must have competencies such as: Communication Skills, selling capability, negotiation and problem-solving skills, Influencing skills.
