What You Will Do:- Achieve Targets: Maintain a high closing ratio on qualified leads and meet sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads through digital marketing and industry events, converting demos into sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with strategic partners.
- CRM Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems to track and report sales activities.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use data insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Pipeline Generation: Generate a sales pipeline that is four times the monthly quota.
- Skill Development: Complete training sessions on products and sales techniques.
What We Are Looking For:- Educational Background: BS/BA in relevant fields.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years in IT, FMCG, Software, or SaaS; fresh graduates welcome.
- Analytical Skills: Strong abilities in analysis and problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in English and Arabic.
- Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a personal car.
- Independence: Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
