Job Title:

Government Relations Representative


Job Objective:

To establish and enhance effective and professional relationships with government entities, and to work on developing strategies for communication and cooperation with these entities to support the institution's goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Developing Relationships:
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with government officials and relevant entities.
  • Representing the institution in government events and meetings.
  • Communication and Negotiations:
  • Communicating with government entities to discuss issues related to the institution.
  • Negotiating policies and programs that affect the institution's operations.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinating with internal departments to identify issues that require governmental interventions.
  • Organizing meetings and workshops with government entities.
  • Follow-up and Reporting:
  • Monitoring new legislative and governmental policies that may impact the institution.
  • Preparing periodic reports on governmental activities and necessary recommendations.
  • Consultations:
  • Providing advice to senior management on governmental issues and political directions.
  • Supporting the development of public relations strategies that align with governmental policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Previous experience in government relations of no less than one year.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate and solve problems.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of governmental policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex situations.

Work Environment:

  • Working in an office and field environment with the possibility of travel to complete governmental tasks.

9- Coordination between concerned departments: Effectively communicating with the concerned departments to ensure that products and services are available to meet customer needs.

10- Following up on orders: Monitoring the receipt and distribution of orders and ensuring they are delivered on time.

11- Monitoring inventory: Keeping track of product inventory and providing reports on future needs to ensure the continuous availability of products.

12- Responding to special requests: Dealing with any special requests from customers and providing suitable solutions for them.

 

Job Requirements:

1- High communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and convey information clearly and warmly.

2- High school diploma at least: The applicant must have a general secondary education diploma at a minimum.

3- Intermediate English: Proficiency in English at an intermediate level, to be able to deal with diverse customers and enter products into the system.

4- Ability to work under pressure: Ability to manage various tasks in a work environment that may require working under pressure.

5- Flexibility concerning working hours and shifts: Willingness to work at flexible times including morning and evening shifts, according to the needs of the exhibition.

6- Good behavior with customers and colleagues: The applicant must have high ethics and possess the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

7- Sales experience: Previous experience in sales or in similar environments is preferred.
