Qualifications and Experiences:
* The applicant must be a person with disabilities and hold a valid disability certificate
* High school certificate as a minimum
* Excellent communication skills and tact in dealing with customers
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Proficiency in using computers and office programs
* Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
* Proficiency in English (preferred)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer inquiries and providing necessary support
* Receiving and processing customer complaints
* Following up on customer requests and ensuring their satisfaction
* Contributing to improving the quality of services provided to customers
* Entering customer data into the system
* Performing other administrative tasks as needed
