Job Objective:

To implement and follow up all operations and procedures related to human resources management, including recruitment, contracts, salaries, vacations, performance, and training, to ensure full compliance with labor regulations and company policies.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Implement recruitment and selection procedures according to the needs of different departments.

  • Prepare and update employment contracts, and ensure they are documented through the 'Qiwa' platform.

  • Follow up on attendance, departures, and vacations, and update the HR system promptly.

  • Process vacation requests, warnings, violations, and resignations according to the company's regulations.

  • Participate in the annual performance evaluation processes and follow up on the developmental plans for employees.

  • Provide support in labor and disciplinary issues, in coordination with the legal advisor.

  • Prepare periodic reports on human resources including turnover rates, absenteeism, and salaries.

  • Contribute to organizing training programs and enhancing employee efficiency.

  • Ensure the application of internal policies and procedures in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and protect it from any unauthorized use.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Experience of at least two years in the field of human resources.

  • Good knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and the platforms of the Ministry of Human Resources (Qiwa, Mudad, Social Insurance).

  • Proficiency in using HRMS systems and office programs such as Excel and Word.

  • Organizing and arranging inventory inside the warehouse using the storage methods followed according to the nature of the activity.

  • Coordinating with the purchasing department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to supplies or purchase orders

  • Verifying the actual inventory against the quantities available in the system.

  • Coordinating with the purchasing and finance departments in case of discrepancies.

  • Monitoring slow-moving and stagnant materials and raising recommendations regarding their reuse or disposal.

  • Assisting the internal or external audit team during inventory-related audit processes.

  • Ensuring the application of safety policies in the warehouse when dealing with hazardous materials or devices.
