Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Lead – Telesales to lead phone sales in the engineering services sector, responsible for elevating sales performance, developing strategies, and managing the team to achieve objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
    •    Leading the telesales team and achieving sales targets.

A weekly bonus is also paid based on the quality of potential clients brought in by the marketer, with the aim of encouraging him to target serious clients, and the qualified client is defined as one who responds to communication, shows genuine interest, and requests an official price quote via WhatsApp, provided that it is approved within the system. The value of the data quality bonus is set at a fixed amount of 150 Saudi Riyals for every 3 qualified clients approved during the week according to management policy. In addition, the marketer is entitled to a commission of 25% of the net value of the first contract only upon closing the deal and collecting the first payment.
