Join Alhokail Medical Group as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Contracts)

We are seeking candidates for the position of Human Resources Specialist with the following qualifications:

Saudi nationality
Able to start work immediately
Residing in Khobar or Dammam

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with department managers to determine recruitment needs.
Publish job ads on recruitment platforms and search for suitable candidates.
Communicate with recruitment agencies as necessary.
Screen job applications and resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone or in-person).
Coordinate interviews with relevant department managers.
Negotiate job offers.
Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates.
Complete hiring procedures (contracts, documents, bank accounts, etc.).
Monitor employee performance during the probationary period.
Draft employment contracts according to the approved labor regulations.
Follow up on expiring contracts and ensure employees sign them.
Ensure contract compliance with labor laws and update based on legal or regulatory changes.
Maintain contracts and official documents for each employee.
Modify contracts in case of promotions, salary increases, or changes in responsibilities.
