The tasks are as follows: • Follow up on transactions in ministries, courts, and state authorities.
• Submit applications and complete government procedures of all kinds.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and speed in follow-ups.
• Prepare letters, documents, certifications, and renew licenses.
• Follow up on official correspondence, receipts, and deliveries.
• Organize files and documents.
• Printing, copying, and scanning.
• Manage calls and messages.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Archive transactions both physically and electronically. Requirements: • Saudi nationality (a must).
• Strong personality capable of confidently dealing with government circles.
• Proficient in communication and dealing with clients and official entities.
• High organizational skills and ability to handle work pressure.
