Job Description:
We are looking for a professional leadership personality with high communication and relationship-building skills to fully manage and organize the Investor Club's events and evenings, attracting investors and entrepreneurs, and creating a unique experience for attendees, with the ability to manage events professionally and achieve continuous growth in the network of relationships and memberships.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Full supervision of organizing and managing the Investor Club's events and evenings.
  • Welcoming guests and investors and building long-term professional relationships with them.
  • Attracting new investors and businessmen to attend events and join the club.
  • Coordinating with speakers, partners, sponsors, and participating projects.
  • Managing the events schedule and ensuring they are executed professionally and with high quality.
  • Following up with attendees and communicating with them before and after events.
  • Supervising the organizing team and ensuring the site and services are ready.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the results of the events, attendance numbers, and resulting partnership opportunities.
  • Developing new ideas for events and investment programs to increase interaction and growth.
  • Representing the club professionally in front of investors, partners, and various entities.
  • Following up on memberships and public relations and activating the club's communication network.

Required Qualifications:

  • Social and articulate personality with a strong presence.
  • Experience in event management, public relations, or business development.
  • High ability in persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and organize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Preferably having a network of relationships with investors and entrepreneurs within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp, communication platforms, and organizational and follow-up tools.
