Full-time 1. Receiving restaurant visitors and welcoming them politely to reflect a good image of the company, and escorting them to the tables whether they are reserved or not, and suggesting suitable tables for the number of people.
2. Following the reception protocol that has been trained on by the direct manager (not using the phone during work - standing straight and properly - smiling, etc.).
3. Following up on table reservations, as he/she executes the reservation with customers either personally or by phone, and verifies the reservation of the appropriate table for each customer.
4. Guiding visitors to their seating locations.
5. In case of a large number of customers exceeding the number of tables in the restaurant, the reception employee takes on the task of creating a waiting list that includes the names of waiting customers, and organizes their entry into the restaurant when tables become available.
6. Knowing the type and quality of food offered in the restaurant and the restaurant's menu.
7. Bidding farewell to guests and escorting them to the door and opening the door for their exit.
8. Inquiring about the visitors' experience after they have finished and noting down the observations.
- To maintain the reception area clean and tidy at all times, reflecting the restaurant's appearance and its upscale and civilized image in front of guests and visitors.
9. The receptionist participates in organizing the events hosted by the restaurant, such as private parties and occasions, ensuring the preparation of tables and customer requests, and supervising the provision of service.
10. Commitment to the official uniform (for women: the company's special abaya and wrapping the scarf according to the system - for men: the official suit) and the name tag according to company policy, and to maintain a professional appearance and personal hygiene reflecting the center's image.
11. Keeping a record of visitors documented with the person's name, contact number, date, and other necessary information.
12. Transmitting any notes or complaints to the direct supervisor.
