About the Role:
PropsBox is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about people, processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — this role is for you. You’ll be the go-to person for HR operations and must have hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records.
  • Handle government platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Absher.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation and policies.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support organizational culture.
  • Support performance reviews and HR-related documentation.
  • Work closely with Finance and other departments for payroll coordination.

Requirements:
  • Saudi National (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience using Saudi HR/government platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of KSA Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
