Join Americana Restaurants as a Marketing Manager!We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to enhance our brand and drive consumer engagement. As the largest restaurant operator in the MENA region, you will play a critical role in leading our marketing strategies across the region.
Role Purpose:The Marketing Manager will play a vital role in exciting and delighting consumers of all ages with our well-known brands. This is achieved by leading brand strategy implementation, executing marketing campaigns, managing marketing at the Kingdom level, optimizing the marketing budget, and developing actionable insights from both business and consumer data.
Key Accountabilities:- Brand Strategy Implementation: Build brand affinity through understanding consumer behavior and market trends, and develop annual marketing plans.
- Implement Marketing Campaigns: Execute marketing initiatives in line with annual development plans and coordinate flawless campaign execution.
- Country Level Marketing Management: Act as Brand Leader for sales and operations planning, ensuring budget control and implementing local marketing strategies.
- Insights Development: Create contingency plans based on data analysis and keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Budget Optimization: Plan and manage a marketing budget ensuring maximum ROI.
- Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with various teams and manage agency relationships to craft compelling marketing strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, ensuring effective onboarding and employee engagement.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, sales, or a related field.
Experience:810 years in marketing within the Quick Service Restaurant or Food & Beverage sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and possess strong communication skills.
Region Specific:Experience in the Middle East and fluency in Arabic and English is advantageous. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to promote diversity are essential.
The role requires some regular travel within the region and occasional international travel.
