The Business Development Specialist at ConSet works to build and enhance business relationships with clients and companies, exploring new opportunities to expand the client base. This includes providing quotes, closing deals, and ensuring that marketing solutions align with market needs.
Success in this role requires prior experience in marketing agencies and a good understanding of the nature of advertising campaigns and creative services, in addition to strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic relationships with potential clients and build a robust network within the target market.
• Provide professional quotes that reflect the value of the marketing services offered by the company.
• Negotiate with clients until deals are successfully closed.
• Analyze client needs and provide customized marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
• Understand the company's services in depth (content production, account management, advertising campaigns, visual identity, etc.).
• Maintain continuous follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal departments (creative, production, digital marketing) to ensure projects are executed to high quality and on time.
• Monitor sales performance indicators and provide periodic reports on revenues and results. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma (at least two years) in management

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (writing and conversation).

• Managing Digital Marketing:
  • Creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
  • Managing and optimizing search engine performance (SEO).
  • Using analytical tools to monitor campaign performance.
• Managing Social Media:
  • Full oversight of social accounts.
  • Scheduling content and supervising the quality of posts.
• Internal Coordination:
  • Coordinating with the sales department to understand sales priorities.
  • Providing support to the sales team through designing marketing materials.
• Managing External Relations:
  • Coordinating with designers and advertising agencies.
  • Overseeing media relations and writing press releases.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, of which a minimum of 2 years is in the real estate field.
• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads and SEO.

• Leadership ability in managing teams.
• Initiative and teamwork spirit.
• Balanced creative and commercial sense.

• Researching new clients and managing relationships with current clients.
• Presenting sales proposals and closing deals to achieve monthly and annual targets.
