•Opening new contracts and partnerships in the field of facilities management and real estate management
•Attracting new clients from commercial, government, and charitable companies and institutions.
•Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
•Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar specialty).
•Previous experience of no less than 3 years in the field of contracting sales or facilities management.
•Having a private car (a mandatory requirement).
•High skills in negotiation, persuasion, and communication.
•Seriousness and commitment to closing deals and achieving goals.
