About the Role of the Butler
As a Butler, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service, responding to a variety of requests and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. Your main responsibilities include:

• Assessing guest needs and preferences
• Acting as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments
• Arranging transportation and making restaurant reservations
• Organizing special events

By anticipating guests’ needs, you will create memorable experiences that exceed expectations. Your attention to detail and commitment to personalized service will set you apart in the hospitality industry.

Knowledge And Skills Required
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills and excellent grooming standards
- Dedication to high levels of customer service
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently
- Strict attention to detail
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral)
