• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

3. Customer Interaction
• Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service quality.
4. Promotional Campaign Management
• Plan and schedule offers and discounts based on seasonality and product performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns.
• Track the performance of each campaign (ROI, engagement, resulting sales).
