In our luxurious Japanese restaurant in the heart of Al Yasmin district in Riyadh, we are not looking for a traditional receptionist, but rather a 'Happiness Maker' who will be the bright face of our brand and the starting point for an unforgettable dining journey for our guests.
Who is the Happiness Maker we are looking for?
You are a person with a friendly personality and a remarkable presence, who finds true joy in welcoming guests and making them feel special from the moment they arrive. You have the ability to manage reservations expertly and present a professional image that reflects the authenticity of Japanese hospitality.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Welcoming guests with a warm smile and a greeting that reflects the generosity of hospitality.
Managing and organizing restaurant reservations efficiently via phone and online platforms.
Guiding guests to their tables and presenting the initial menu.
Responding to all guest inquiries in a professional manner and providing accurate information about the restaurant and the menu.
Continuously coordinating with the service team and kitchen to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
Keeping the reception area clean and organized to reflect the elegant image of the restaurant.
Contributing to creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere for all diners.
Qualifications and required skills:
A person with diplomacy, calmness, and the ability to handle various situations with a smile.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is considered a strong additional asset).
Previous experience in reception or customer service, preferably in the fine dining or hotel sector.
Ability to use electronic booking systems and handle office equipment.
A neat and professional appearance that fits the restaurant's identity.
Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a harmonious team.
Job details:
Location: Al Yasmin district, Riyadh.
Working hours: 7 hours a day.
Working days: 6 days a week.
Weekly day off: one day in the middle of the week (to be determined at the interview).
