Key responsibilities include collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps, managing the learning management system, coordinating with external training providers, and maintaining training records to ensure compliance with organizational standards and professional development requirements.

• Preferred experience in coffee and beans roasting

• Managing recruitment operations (posting ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews)
• Preparing employment contracts and following up on their renewal through the Qiwa platform
• Following up on attendance and departure and preparing payroll
• Managing employee files and updating their data
• Following up on vacations, absences, and penalties
• Dealing with social insurance and the Mudad platform
• Implementing human resources policies and procedures
• Preparing regular reports for management
• Following up on employee performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in the same field
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• High communication and organizational skills
