About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall office administration and ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Compile data and prepare reports or presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery methods, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Assign tasks to staff, provide direction, and ensure completion of assigned duties.
  • Draft and type correspondence, arrange meetings, and take minutes.
  • Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, providing information and handling sensitive inquiries.
  • Maintain effective filing systems to ensure business continuity.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives in alignment with company policies.
  • Produce ad hoc reports from databases as needed, ensuring data is organized and accurate.
