Role Summary

District Flowers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to support clients with their wholesale flower purchases. This role is central to ensuring a seamless customer journey, from flower selection to final packaging, while maintaining product quality and service excellence.


  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and wholesale clients in the showroom

  • Offer tailored recommendations on flower types, seasonal availability, and pairing options

  • Handle and maintain flowers in a chiller room environment

  • Clean, trim, and wrap flower bunches according to customer specifications

  • Ensure proper labeling, bundling, and handling of flowers for client orders

  • Guide customers through all District Checkout tools, including:

    • Cashier Box POS system

    • Self-Checkout Kiosk in the showroom

    • Scan, Pay & Go QR code system inside the chiller room (MishiPay)

  • Support invoicing, inventory tracking, and CRM entries as needed

  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to fulfill daily orders

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and workstations

  • Assist in regular social media content creation or on-camera presence if required


Qualifications:

  • Saudi National (required, with full GOSI registration under District Flowers)

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or admin roles (preferred)

  • Passion for flowers, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Willingness to work in cool storage environments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic required, English a plus)
