Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Setting and developing quality standards for salon services.

Monitoring branch performance and ensuring compliance with cleanliness, hospitality, and overall appearance standards.

Conducting regular field visits to branches and preparing detailed evaluation reports.

Training branch supervisors and staff on quality policies and customer service.

Receiving and analyzing customer feedback and providing appropriate solutions.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Participating in developing continuous improvement plans and standardizing the working style across all branches.
