Role PurposeThe primary responsibility of the Sales Supervisor is to align GTC strategy with customer needs by developing mutual business opportunities. In this position, the individual must maximize short and long-term sales and profitability while building successful business relationships with customers to become the preferred supplier.
Job Accountabilities & ActivitiesOperations- Achieve customer sales volumes and brand growth targets.
- Develop, implement, and review customer-specific business plans.
- Monitor performance, forecast sales, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Define retail key account strategy.
- Improve ROI through effective financial performance management.
Stakeholder Management- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maximize product visibility while balancing customer and brand priorities.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing on tailored promotions.
- Gather and report customer, market, and competitor insights.
- Manage collections and follow up on payments.
Documentation & Record Keeping- Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, scorecards, and performance records.
Education & CertificationsUniversity Degree, proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
Required Years Of ExperienceA minimum of 4 years’ experience in modern trade is needed.
